Inspired By گلاب جامن (Gulab Jamun)
Gulab jamun, a type of mithai, is originally made from milk solids that are deep fried and then soaked in a delicious cardamom and rose infused sugar syrup. This dessert is a strong staple across Pakistan and South Asia which can be seen during every happy moment. Whether someone got a new job, is getting married, or got a new house, you can be sure to hear منہ میٹھا کرو (sweeten your mouth) as mithai is passed around to celebrate the good news.
